1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bijlive ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing bijlive at bijlive.app, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

bijlive operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving players in Bangladesh. The platform offers live casino games, crash games, slots, sports betting, and instant win titles. All games and services are provided subject to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all versions of the bijlive platform, including the website at bijlive.app and the bijlive mobile application for Android and iOS. If there is any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material or bonus offer, these Terms take precedence unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise in writing.

2 Eligibility

To register and use a bijlive account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a bijlive employee.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on bijlive or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

bijlive reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source. No winnings will be paid to a player who was underage at the time of play.

3 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one bijlive account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. bijlive uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are found, all accounts will be closed and any balance across those accounts may be forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your bijlive account. This includes keeping your password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with any other person. bijlive will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bijlive support immediately via live chat. bijlive will investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account pending resolution.

• Account registration requires a valid mobile number and a working bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account in your name.
• The name on your bijlive account must match the name on your payment account. Mismatches may delay withdrawals.
• bijlive may request identity documents (national ID, passport, or driving licence) before processing large withdrawals.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100, deducted from the account balance.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

bijlive accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though bijlive may apply limits to specific payment methods at its discretion.

Deposits are credited to your bijlive wallet within seconds of payment confirmation from your mobile banking provider. If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within 10 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Standard account withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes. VIP High Roller members receive priority processing with withdrawals typically completing in under 3 minutes.

• Withdrawals are only paid to accounts verified in the player's own name.
• bijlive does not charge withdrawal fees. Your mobile banking provider may apply their standard transfer fees.
• Withdrawals above ৳50,000 require a fully verified account with identity documents on file.
• bijlive reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 48 hours for security review purposes.
• Funds deposited in error cannot be reversed once they have been used in gameplay.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bijlive offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer , including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. These Terms apply to all bonuses in addition to any promotion-specific conditions.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new members on their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per device, and per payment account.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real money funds. Real money is used first in gameplay unless the promotion states otherwise.
• Standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is 20x the bonus amount unless stated differently in the promotion.
• Bonuses expire 7 days after being credited unless the promotion specifies a different validity period.
• bijlive reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on bijlive are final once confirmed. bijlive does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been submitted and accepted by the system. It is your responsibility to check your bet slip before confirming.

For sports betting, bijlive reserves the right to void any bet where the odds were published in error, where the event outcome was already known at the time of betting, or where there is evidence of match manipulation. Voided bets are returned to the player's wallet as real money.

• Minimum bet amount across all games and sports markets is ৳10.
• Maximum bet limits vary by game and market. Limits are displayed in the game interface before you place your bet.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the round will be voided and the stake returned.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time at bijlive's discretion, particularly during periods of high volatility in a match.
• Winnings from casino games are credited to your wallet immediately upon round completion.
• Sports bet settlements follow the official result declared by the relevant governing body. bijlive does not accept protests based on unofficial sources.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bijlive. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Opening more than one account on bijlive under any name or identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through a known bug are void.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker-style games to gain an advantage over the house or other players.
• Using a payment account that does not belong to you to make deposits or receive withdrawals.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to launder money through the bijlive platform. bijlive complies with anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bijlive staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced within a 24-hour window.
• Session Time Reminders: Set an alert that notifies you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Lock your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. The lock cannot be reversed until the period expires.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your bijlive account. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and bijlive will not accept a new registration from the same details.

• bijlive is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to read and understand the rules of a game before playing.
• In the event of a platform error that results in an incorrect payout, bijlive reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the account balance accordingly.
• bijlive's total liability to any player in any calendar month shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the same month.

11 Account Termination

bijlive reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms. In cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, the account balance may be forfeited in full.

Players may close their own bijlive account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment account within 5 business days.

• Accounts closed by bijlive due to a Terms violation are not eligible for balance refunds.
• Players who have self-excluded may not re-register during the exclusion period.
• bijlive may retain account data for up to 5 years after closure for regulatory and anti-fraud purposes.

12 Changes to These Terms

bijlive may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify registered members via the email address or mobile number on their account.

Continued use of the bijlive platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
